Chemical Materials

Chemical Materials are very Extensive and uses in many industries. But Polymers and plastics, especially polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, and polycarbonate comprise about 80% of the industry’s output worldwide.

These materials are often converted to fluoropolymer tubing products and used by the industry to transport highly corrosive materials. Chemicals are used to make a wide variety of consumer goods, as well as thousands of inputs to agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and service industries.

The most important products in chemical materials that our company has considered supplying are:

Polyamides 6, 6.6, 4.6, Polyethylene and also Bitumen and Urea 46% for worldwide at shortest possible time.

Bitumen

Bitumen is a black or dark-colored (solid, semi-solid, viscous), amorphous, cementitious material that can be found in different forms, such us rock asphalt, natural bitumen, tar and bitumen derived from oil, which is referred to as petroleum bitumen. Currently, most of the roads globally are paved with bitumen. Today the world’s demand for bitumen accounts for more than 100 million tons per year which are approximately 700 million barrels of bitumen consumed annually. We can offer any grade of bitumen available to worldwide. We are proud to supply bitumen in multiple grades 40/50,60/70, 80/100, 85/100, 85/25, and any grade that buyer needs.

Urea

Urea is a raw material used in the manufacture of many chemicals, such as various plastics, urea-formaldehyde resins, and adhesives. It is also essential for making feedstock, glue, fertilizer, commercial products, and in resin production.

Urea is the world’s most commonly used nitrogen fertilizer and indeed more urea is manufactured by mass than any other organic chemical. Containing 46% N, it is the most concentrated nitrogen fertilizer, and is readily available as free-flowing prills (granules). Commercially, fertilizer urea can be purchased as prills or as a granulated material.

The most application of urea is in Agriculture, Automobile systems, Chemical industry that used in the manufacture of many important chemicals, such as Various plastics, adhesives and etc.

Polyamides

Polyamides are kind of polymers materials in 6 different types of grades depending upon the way they are polymerized with the type of monomer. These 6 types of polyamides are: PA 6 – PA 6,6 – PA 6,12 – PA 11 – PA 12 – PA 4,6 Polyamides are used in different industries such as: Automotive Applications, Electrical/Electronic Applications, Industrial Applications, Engineering Parts, Connectors, Housings, Consumer Applications, Gears, Power/Other Tools, Sporting Goods, Packaging, Carpet and etc…
